Canberra, 7th of February 2023- Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, Mrs. Adaljiza Magno, in the scope of the official visit of H.E. Mr. Taur Matan Ruak, Prime-Minister of Timor-Leste to Austrália, arrived today in Canberra.
Prime-Minister and delegation were welcomed by the Assistant Minister for Foreign Affairs of Australia, the Hon. Tim Watts MP, Ambassador of Australia to Timor-Leste, Mr. William Costello, and Defense and Security Attachés of Timor-Leste to Canberra.
The Prime-Minister of Timor-Leste will meet his counterpart, The Hon. Anthony Albanese
Prime-Minister of Australia, to discuss Australia’s partnership with Timor-Leste and opportunities to strengthen the economic, security and regional cooperation between the two countries.
